For seminars & conferences:

Payment MUST be received PRIOR to event to be attended.

Attendance CANNOT be guaranteed if payment is not received prior to the event.

Cancellation of places at seminars & conferences:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations received within one calendar month of the event will be charged at 35% of invoice amount due.

Cancellations within one week of the event date will be charged at 70% of invoice amount due.
